PASSPORT & VISA RELATED DOCUMENTS

• Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank pages for visa seal. And one set photocopy of the passport’s data page and the photo page (if it is separate). Also you must need to attach all old passports (if any).
• Proof of legal stay or residence status. If the applicant is not an Bangladeshi, please present the original copy and photocopy of resident permit in Bangladesh.
• One completed Visa Application Form with two recently-taken color passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background.

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

• Sponsorship: A certified copy of an identification of applicant’s sponsor if the applicant submits a sponsor’s Bank Statement and the sponsor is not submitting application together with the applicant.
• Via Request Letter: Visa request letter from the applicant and from office if employed or travel letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment if student. In case of medical treatment, a copy of appointment letter from a hospital in Thailand and, if applicable, an original letter from a local doctor.
• Parents’ consent letter for applicant aged under 18
• Professional Documents: If applicant’s profession is business, Trade License and other company registration certificates (for limited companies) which must be notarized in English Translation along with photocopy of the original. He/she also submit Office ID Copy & Visiting Cards.

PHOTOGRAPH

• Two passport-sized photographs (3.5×4.5cm) with white background; taken within 6 months and Printed on photo quality paper.

FINANCIAL SOLVENCY

• Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction (at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family or 60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family). Only original Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are acceptable. In case of the applicant is sponsored by his/her company and the company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are submitted, trade license has to be attached. Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to request for the applicant’s personal Bank Statement.

AIR & HOTEL BOOKING DOCUMENTS

• Applicant need to submit Airline Ticket’s and Hotel Reservation with itinerary and booking copy.
