PASSPORT & VISA RELATED DOCUMENTS

• Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank pages for visa seal. And one set photocopy of the passport’s data page and the photo page (if it is separate). Also you must need to attach all old passports (if any).
• Proof of legal stay or residence status. If the applicant is not an Bangladeshi, please present the original copy and photocopy of resident permit in Bangladesh.
• One completed Visa Application Form with two recently-taken color passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background.

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

• Invitation Letter: Letter of Introduction (LOI) to be issued by a local contact in Singapore: *For Social Visitors, any Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, who is at least 21 years old, can act as a local contact.
• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Singapore, Dhaka.
• Forwarding Letter NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. If visa appllicant is student, a Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment.
• Parents’ consent letter for applicant aged under 18
• Professional Documents: If applicant’s profession is business, Trade License and other company registration certificates (for limited companies) which must be notarized in English Translation along with photocopy of the original. He/she also submit Office ID Copy & Visiting Cards.

PHOTOGRAPH

• Two recent passport size photographs with white background and without border (Size: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm). taken within 3 months and Printed on photo quality paper.

FINANCIAL SOLVENCY

• Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction and minimum balance of 60,000 Taka. (If Any)
