PASSPORT & VISA RELATED DOCUMENTS

• Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa seal. And one set photocopy of the passport’s data page and the photo page (if it is separate). Also you must need to attach all old passports and visas issued (if any).
• If any visa request refused previously, attached details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
• Proof of legal stay or residence status. If the applicant is not a Bangladeshi, please present the original copy and photocopy of resident permit in Bangladesh.
•  One completed Visa Application Form must be filled and signed by the applicant with two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish.

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

• Invitation Letter: Not mandatory, you can submit if any.
• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Schengen, Dhaka.
• Forwarding Letter: NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. If visa applicant is student, a Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment.
• Professional Documents: Professional Documents: If applicant’s profession is business, Trade License and other company registration certificates (for limited companies) which must be notarized in English Translation along with photocopy of the original. He/she also submit Office ID Copy & Visiting Cards. For private service holders, submit Office ID Copy & Visiting Cards.

PHOTOGRAPH

• Two recent (should not be more than 03 months old) passport size (35mm x 45mm) photographs with matt or semi matt finish paper, covering 60%-80% face coverage in white background and without border.

FINANCIAL SOLVENCY

• Company’s or Personal Bank Statement of last six months where must be clearly mentioning the Bank’s Name and Telephone Number.
• Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)

AIR & HOTEL BOOKING DOCUMENTS

• Air ticket itinerary and hotel booking confirmation copy.
